Timberline Fitness Studio

Timberline has been providing Personal Training in Houston since 1996. We are located in the Museum/Montrose District between West University, River Oaks, and The Heights.

One of the things we take pride in at Timberline is that every employee knows every single client.

We do not require membership cards of any type simply because we know you when you walk through the door.

All three owners of Timberline work on-site with the clientele. This presence promotes personalization and professionalism to a very high degree.
