Houston native, Lauren Lovell has been practicing yoga for over ten years and teaching since 2005. Her Monday night and Saturday morning yoga classes focus on a total body workout appropriate for all experience levels.  Yoga is not only relaxing, stretching and strengthening, but is wonderful for posture and balance. Yoga is a great way to release tension while strengthening your body.

Lauren's yoga classes:
 
Monday 6:30 pm (60 minutes)

Saturday 11:00 am (60 minutes)

  • Airborne Ranger Qualified - Boot Camp Training TRX (Total Resistance Training) Certified 
  • Football, Track & Field, Long Distance Running Water Sports: Surfing, Sailing, Swimming. "I began participating in organized sports at 5 years old & throughout the years I have held many leadership positions in high school sports, college sports, and in the United States Army; continually recognized for superior health & fitness.  As an officer in the Army I organized & facilitated successful physical fitness programs for hundreds of soldiers during my 7 years of military service"
