Join Wooch Graff for an hour long cardiovascular conditioning class held at various parks in the Houston Area. The workout consists of running on a variety of surfaces and hills, as well as plyometrics and body-weight exercises. The key factor in each class is to keep moving between each interval and exercise. Be prepared to breathe hard and have fun at the same time!
