Experience/Background:  

  • B.S. in Kinesiology from L.S.U.
  • NSCA Certified Personal Trainer
  • Basic Step Aerobics and Spin Instructor at the LSU Rec.
  • Fitness Instructor at a Kid's Weight Loss Camp in New York.

Specialties:

  • Helping people overcome their obstacles in order to achieve their ultimate goals.
  • Teaching proper form and function.  
  • Motivating people to work hard and stay positive.

Philosophy:

  • Train from the inside out. Working out is more than just “mirror muscles“. You must first learn proper form and develop core strength, stability, and balance in order to always train in a progressive state. Also, think outside the box. Working out should not be boring or repetitive. It should be fun, as well as mentally and physically challenging!
